At RootGrower, the online storefront of Iron Ridge Farms, we ship healthy, nursery-grown dormant bare-root plants directly to your door. Our bare-root shipping season runs from December through February, though exact dates may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.

Most orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you have a specific shipping date in mind, please contact us before placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.

Shipping Details:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and shipping destination.

• We ship via UPS and USPS, ensuring your plants arrive safely.

• Orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays only, so plants do not sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

Once plants leave our farm, we have no control over planting conditions, care, weather, or handling, all of which can significantly impact plant health and survival. For this reason, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plants and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
